All TOUGH TIMES TRIUMPH products are made to order. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any orders.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@toughtimestriumph.com  with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours and arrange an exchange at no cost to you.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@toughtimestriumph.com with your order number and a photo of the item received.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
